Partnership for Petersburg

Partnership Goals

The Partnership for Petersburg is a holistic partnership that brings together more than 40 initiatives under eight separate pillars to make a significant difference in the lives and livelihoods of Petersburg’s citizens, as well as the economic health of the city itself. It is also the Governor’s hope that the Partnership can become a model for work with other cities across the Commonwealth.

The program includes initiatives in Agriculture and Forestry, Commonwealth, Commerce and Trade, Education, Health and Human Resources, Labor, Public Safety, Transportation, and Veterans Affairs.
